The models you ordered do not meet your expectations, and you would like to return them? No problem! You can return your models to us within a period of two weeks after you had received your package.

Yes, you can. In our online shop, you will find the entire Herpa range. Models that are available for delivery can thus be easily delivered directly to your home. Furthermore, the Herpa collection is sold worldwide by selected model retailers.

Yes, on selected Event-Saturdays from 9:00am to 2:00pm.

Yes, on selected Event-Saturdays from 9:00am to 2:00pm, we look forward
to your visit in Dietenhofen. At our Herpa-Museum and Museumshop, you’ll find
exhibits in the Cars & Trucks and Wings sections. With rotating
special exhibitions, our museum offers a comprehensive look into the
history of Herpa.
In addition, Herpa hosts a big Open Day in Dietenhofen once a year.
Our models in the Cars & Trucks range are mainly produced in the 1/87 scale, in the Wings section in the 1/500 scale. In addition to these standard sizes, we can also offer the 1/160 and 1/120 scales in the Cars & Trucks range. The same applies to the 1/200, 1/400, and 1/1000 scales in the Wings segment.
In case you need a spare part, you are welcome to request it directly from our Customer Service. In the meantime, we can offer you a large selection of accessories and individual parts already in our online shop via our parts service. Our parts service segment is perfectly suited for hobbyists and rebuilders.
Yes, under the Herpa Toys line, you’ll find toys suitable for children ages 3 and up.
Herpa miniature models are intended for children ages 14 and up, as they are not toys but rather scale models that are faithful to the originals, designed for adult collectors and containing small parts that could be swallowed.
This also applies to Herpa SnapFits, as these more affordable snap-together airplane models are considered entry-level kits but are not designed as toys.
Herpa Toys are suitable for children ages 3 and up.
