The current delivery time rages form 1 - 3 business days. There is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.

Shipping Europe 7,90€*

The current delivery time rages from 10 - 15 business days. There is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and puplic holidays.

Shipping Worldwide from 9,90€**

The current delivery time is a a maximum of 30 business days.
*Due to the current situation, we charge €24.90 for shipping to the USA.

Premiumshipping

For deliveries within Europe and worldwide, we offer an optional faster shipping method. You can select the premium shipping option during checkout.

Premiumshipping Worldwide: 39,99€ | Shipping within 10 business days

Please note: This service is not available for deliveries to Germany, Austria, France, and the USA.

Customs and duties

*For information on customs and duties to locations outside of Germany, please refer to your country's or region's postal information site. The recipient is responsible for any customs and duties.

Due to the current situation, higher customs duties are to be expected for deliveries to the USA. Especially for products “Made in China”. If you have any questions about the country of origin of the models, please contact us at order@herpa.de.

Delivery times

The delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded, and it ends with the expiration of the last day of the period.

If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a general holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

The models you ordered do not meet your expectations, and you would like to return them? No problem!
You have two weeks after receiving your package to return your models to us. Please complete our return form and follow the instructions.
