Terms and conditions of sale:

Orders are only accepted under the terms and conditions of sale of Herpa Miniaturmodelle GmbH, as previously acknowledged. Complaints are only possible within 14 days of receipt of goods. Goods remain the property of Herpa Miniaturmodelle GmbH until full payment has been received. The place of delivery and fulfillment for both parties is Dietenhofen. The place of jurisdiction is Nuremberg. Subject to model and price changes.
