Liebherr wheeled-excavator A920 "Max Bögl"

Almost 50 models have so far been realized in miniature at Herpa in cooperation with Max Bögl from Sengenthal. With this Liebherr A940 wheeled-excavator, once again a construction machine will be realized. What company founder Max Bögl began in 1929 with a bricklaying business (and just five years later had 40 employees and the first mobile concrete mixer in the district of Neumarkt), Max Bögl Junior expanded in 1955 to include road and canal construction and the purchase of the first cable excavator (Unibag). In 1973, his sons Max and Hans took over the company, while just one year later the company founder was honored with the Bavarian Order of Merit (and died just one more year later). Today, the company has over 6,500 employees at 49 locations worldwide and trains its own workforce in around 25 professions. "
