Etihad Airways Airbus A321neo - 20th anniversary - A6-AEN
Founded in July of 2003, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates commenced operations on the 5th of November of the same year, with a flight from Abu Dhabi to Beirut, using one of the two A330-200s that made up its fleet at the time. “Etihad” means "union" in Arabic, and represents the unity of the seven Emirates that form the UAE (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah). Today, the airline operates more than 1,000 flights per week to over 120 passenger and cargo destinations on five continents. To celebrate its 20th anniversary, a unique line-style art design has been applied to one of the six A321neos that just recently joined the airline’s growing fleet, showcasing famous landmarks across Abu Dhabi.
