LOT Polish Airlines Boeing 737 Max 8 – SP-LVA
Poland’s LOT is clearly centering its mid-haul fleet modernization program around the Boeing 737 Max. No fewer than 24 Max 8s are currently in operation, with six more scheduled to be delivered within 2026 alone. Recently, LOT has decided to replace its short-range fleet of Embraer E-jets with the Airbus A220. The fleet of Poland’s largest airline will in the future center around the A220 on regional and lower-demand routes, the Boeing 787 for long-haul operations, and the 737 Max on routes throughout Europe, the Mediterranean and the Middle East.
