Are spare parts available at Herpa?

In case you need a spare part, you are welcome to request it directly from our Customer Care Center.

In the meantime, we can offer you a large selection of accessories and individual parts already in our online shop via our parts service. Our parts service segment is perfectly suited for hobbyists and rebuilders.

Which scales can I find at Herpa?

Our models in the Cars & Trucks range are mainly produced in the 1/87 scale, in the Wings section in the 1/500 scale. 

In addition to these standard sizes, we can also offer the 1/160 and 1/120 scales in the Cars & Trucks range. 
The same applies to the 1/200, 1/400, and 1/1000 scales in the Wings segment.

Does Herpa have a club?

Yes, become part of the transparent Herpa Club without any contractual obligation! Collect points with every online purchase and achieve a higher status.

Can I order directly from Herpa?

Yes, you can. In our online shop, you will find the entire Herpa range. 

Models that are available for delivery can thus be easily delivered directly to your home. Furthermore, the Herpa collection is sold worldwide by selected model retailers.

Can I visit Herpa on the spot?

Yes, on selected Event-Saturdays from 9:00am to 2:00pm, we look forward to your visit in Dietenhofen. 

At our Herpa-Museum and Museumshop, you’ll find exhibits in the Cars & Trucks and Wings sections. With rotating special exhibitions, our museum offers a comprehensive look into the history of Herpa.

In addition, Herpa hosts the big Open Day from 9:00am to 5:00pm in Dietenhofen once a year.

Can I shop at Herpa in person?

Yes, on selected Event-Saturdays from 9:00am to 2:00pm. 

In addition, with our new Click & Collect service, you can conveniently place your order by phone at +49 9824 951-278 or by email at museumsshop@herpa.de and pick it up on-site, subject to availability (Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 12:00pm).

How can I return my Herpa order?

The models you ordered do not meet your expectations, and you would like to return them?

No problem! You can return your models to us within a period of two weeks after you had received your package.
