Modellbau Schwarz has been in existence since 2002. The first models were a Scania-Vabis LS 7650
trailer truck and an LS 7642 tractor unit. In 2018, a long-term cooperation was agreed with Herpa Miniaturmodelle, with the aim of first realizingthe two almost finished own designs of the Mercedes-Benz LPS 2032 tractor unit and a contemporary
semi-trailer in various versions as models and then also realizing these based on prototypes.
The driving force behind Modellbau Schwarz's own design was the desire to create miniatures in 1:87 scale that were as perfect as possible.
