In 1967, Texas-based Braniff International revolutionized commercial aviation with its radical new color scheme – or rather color schemes: no less than 15 different colors were to attract attention and create more excitement for passengers. This Boeing 727-200 in a striking red color is the first of a new series of Braniff models in the 1/500 scale.
