The Belgian branch of the TUI’s charter airline group took delivery of three Embraer E195-E2s in 2023. They are based out of Antwerp and are better suited to the lower capacity needed to connect Belgium’s second largest metropolitan area with popular holiday destinations around Europe than the larger Boeing 737s. The additional range offered by the E2s compared with the E190s they replaced, allows new longer-distance routes to Turkey, Crete or the Canary Islands.
